BP Profile Search › xProfile sync compatibility

Hello,
Would it be possible to make this plugin compatible with BP xProfile sync?
https://wordpress.org/plugins/bp-xprofile-wp-user-sync/
It would be nice to be able to search for users by name: First AND Last name, but not have two separate fields.
Let me know if this is do-able.
Hello David,
Please allow me a few days to study the plugins interactions, and I’ll get back to you.
Ok thanks a lot
Hello David,
You can use a workaround to achieve what you need:
1. Deactivate BP XProfile WordPress User Sync;
2. Create a form containing the Name field and possibly other fields;
3. Update (save) the form and don’t edit it again unless BP XProfile WordPress User Sync is deactivated;
4. Activate BP XProfile WordPress User Sync.Let me know if this trick works for you!
PS: For other interested readers, BP Profile Search and BP XProfile WordPress User Sync are already fully compatible, but normally (without the above workaround) BP Profile Search regards First Name and Last Name as two separate fields.
