Recently the bps_directory shortcode stopped working (returns nothing). I’ve tried disabling all other plugins but still nothing. The theme does load the default members directory.

    BP Profile Search Version 5.8

    BuddyPress Version 14.3.3

    WordPress Version: 6.7.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks

    Hi Marek,

Did you recently activate or deactivate the BP Classic plugin?

    Hi Andrea,

Thanks for getting back to me.

I did install the BP Classic plugin in an attempt to rectify the issue but it wasn’t installed prior. It is currently active.

BTW the “bps_form” shortcodes do work, just not the ‘bps_directory’ shortcode.

    Thanks Marek

    Hi Marek,

Try visiting the Settings -> Permalinks page, this should restore your permalinks and fix the issue.
