Just wanna inform you that this script dont work for me:
https://dontdream.it/exclude-users-from-search-results/Instead I used this from Brajesh and added the current user with bp_loggedin_user_id() to exclude it too.

Thanks for your report!
I think the two scripts solve two different problems and you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
The script I posted only removes some users from BP Profile Search results, but doesn’t touch member directories or other member lists.
Brajesh’s script, on the other hand, removes such users from BP Profile Search results and also from member directories and other member lists.
