GuestHello,
It seems odd, but only certain new members are showing up in the member search and I can’t figure out why. There is no setting that is different amongst any of them. Does it have something to do with the members needing to be recently active? Is there a way to turn that off?
Thanks

Plugin AuthorHello Lane,
If you can see all your members when you select Order By: Alphabetical, that means that a few members haven’t logged in yet.
To force your BuddyPress template to show all your members, open:
buddypress/bp-templates/bp-nouveau/buddypress/members/members-loop.php
then locate the line:
<?php if ( bp_has_members( bp_ajax_querystring( 'members' ) ) ) : ?>and replace it with:
<?php if ( bp_has_members( bp_ajax_querystring( 'members' ). '&type=alphabetical' ) ) : ?>The downside is that, after this change, the other ordering options will stop working.

GuestHello,
Thank you for the response! Unfortunately, I don’t see all members if I go to alphabetical. I’m not sure if there is a “submit” or “enter” button that is missing but nothing happens.
http://www.crowdspark.org/members/?members_search=&members_search_submit=Search
Currently there are 18 members but only 11 show and nothing happens when I select a new order? Any thoughts?
Thanks!

Plugin AuthorHello Lane,
Apparently you are using ‘www’ in your site URL but you shouldn’t. Try using:
http://crowdspark.org/members/
Then select Order By: Alphabetical and you’ll see your 18 users – allow a couple of seconds for the page to refresh automatically.
Now, if you wish, you can force your BuddyPress template to show all your members, as explained above.
