BP Profile Search › No Results When Searching by One Filter Only

My member directory seeks to allow users to filter by Country, State, and Specialization.
When I filter by Country, I get “no results”. When entering United States for this field, I should get about 3900+ results.
If I filter by State or Specialization, everything works well.
If I filter by Country AND State, everything works well.
The problem only persists when I only filter by Country. Any ideas what would be causing this?
* Related note #1: I have tried both the Post and Get variations with no difference in the search results.
** Related note #2: The problem began after I imported the “Country” value for 3000+ users. I tested after importing 500 and it worked fine. I tested again after completion, and back to “No Results”.
