i have created the menu name also added the menu item and i took this html shortcode [menubar menu=’name of your menu’] and replaced it with the desire name verticals. but when i updated the page it gave me this following error

WP Menubar error: Menu ‘’verticals’’ not found! Please create a menu named ‘’verticals’’ and try again.

I have created the menu named verticals. How do i rectify this?

I had the same problem but solved it by accident. I’m hoping that posting the story here helps someone else.

Using your Plugin I created a menu called “Botswana” relating to a page called “Botswana”.
I then pasted [menubar menu=’Botswana’] (taken from your help page)
It would not work.

I then re-typed it and noticed that the single quotation mark actually had a different appearance now. BUT it works
 [menubar menu=’Botswana’]
