BP Profile Search › Members page shows "Newest Registered" but description shows "active ago"

And a follow-up question, if I may?
My members page displays sorted by “Last Active”, the default. All good.
If I change this to “Newest Registered”, the page refreshes, the results are now indeed displayed in order of newest-registered BUT the description under each member avatar continues to read “active xxx ago” rather than “registered xxx ago”.
Very confusing, if you are looking at a list sorted by “newest” then you expect the info to show when they registered, not when they were last active.
Help! Can this be fixed?

You’re right, that’s confusing, but the only way to fix it is to modify the BuddyPress Members template.
If you can code and are willing to experiment, you can read the sections E) and F) in:

which provide some basic information to get started.
Thankyou. Unfortunately I can not code, best I can do is add snippets of CSS and PHP to my site. The CSS I can kind of understand, the PHP not at all.
Probably best if I leave this one alone, it’s too technical for me really and I could easily mess up my site.
