Fatal Error – Can’t activate

    I’m getting the following when I try to activate BP Profile Search:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare bps_buddypress() (previously declared in /<my-domain>/html/wp-content/plugins/buddyboss-platform/bp-core/bp-core-profile-search.php:32) in /<my-domain>/html/wp-content/plugins/bp-profile-search/bps-main.php on line 26

    Any idea how to remedy this?

    Hi Tim,

    Are you using the latest version of the BuddyBoss Platform and of BP Profile Search?

    And if you are using Geo my WP, try to temporarily deactivate it to see if the problem persists.

    Thank you kindly. I was able to activate it at some point, in the process of disabling other plugins to diagnose a separate issue. So it seems it was indeed a plugin conflict, though I can’t say for sure whether it was Geo my WP – which I did have installed at one point.

    Anyway, thank you kindly for your time 🙂
