BP Profile Search › Exclude s2Member Levels From Search?

I’m using s2Member, and would like to exclude people from a search unless they have a certain member level. Is there a way to create a form that returns all records that do NOT contain a value in a certain profile field?
For example: return all users if Is A Member is not equal to “Yes”.
Secondly, do I have to use the BP XProfile Custom Fields plugin in conjunction with your plugin, or will it work correctly with the custom profile fields set up by s2Member?

Unfortunately at the moment there is no way to make a search with the not equal condition.
BP Profile Search works with the BuddyPress profile field types, both the BuddyPress built-in types, and the custom types added by plugins as Buddypress Xprofile Custom Fields Type. s2Member profile fields are not supported at this time.
