Hi there,
Using the “Form Templates” i tried creating my own form template using the theme i created sing themeroller.
However i have the file, but i dont know how to add it to BPS so i can select it under my form.
How can I add my custom themeroller jQueryUI template file to wordpress?

I haven’t tried that yet, I think I’ll need to experiment a bit. I’ll get back to you if I find a suitable way to answer your question.
Andrea, Have you solved this? Basically I need the collapsible form option but using the css from my theme (the wordpress theme I am using = Blocksy) so none of the built in jQuery UI Themes. Ideally doing this without having to create a custom themeroller jQuery UI template to match my theme. I also want to put the Distance and Miles fields (plus the of) all on the same line as they all only need to be very short items.

Sorry, I haven’t made any progress on this yet.
A possible workaround is to add CSS rules to your child theme to change the form styles. You could ask your developer to try this idea.
