GuestThe shortcode for this plugin is taking over our entire page, ever since we updated to the latest version. Previously we had some of our own content above the form, just standard text/video content. Then we had a
[bps_form] and a [bps_directory].We are using latest version of BuddyPress, latest version of BP Profile Search, and Beaver Builder as the page editor.
What seems to happen is if the shortcode is added, it removes the entire wp_content() output, the standard page output and replaces it with the form/results.

Plugin AuthorHi Zach,
[bps_directory] tells BuddyPress to create a directory, and BuddyPress in turn replaces the entire page content area with the directory.
I don’t know how you avoided this with the previous version, but if you want to quickly restore your previous settings you can use the WP Rollback plugin.
