Hello,
BP Profile search is searching only USA members, why can not find other countries Members? it says: no members found.Hello Saba,
Can you see members from other countries in your directory? If you can’t see them, BP Profile Search can’t find them.
Please let me know!
Yes, USA members I can show and searching, but other countries not.
If I search for Canada or Mexico, the searches work fine for me.
Which search doesn’t work for you?
For example, European countries.
Do you have Europeans in your directory? Please provide a few examples, say, you have Jimmy from the UK in your directory, page 321, but when you search for members in the UK you get no results.
Do I have to add European members in the directory manually? the only USA members searching. all others not.
In all users I have find European users but in frontend. your plugin is not finding
How can I send you screenshots? when I enter the screenshot link here. does not add reply.
You can use my Contact page to share information privately.
