    Hi, I have installed BP Profile Search on my site but unfortunately every search returns the entire members directory rather than the filtered version.

    I discovered that the shortcode [bps_directory] does not display anything. Is this the cause of the issue and how can I fix this?

    Hi Andrea,

    Thank you for your time and efforts to provide great plugins! I’m having a couple of issues at the moment, maybe you have an idea why it’s happening?

    1- when using Profile Search, if the search returns no result, then it shows all members instead of showing none.

    2- When using Distance Search, it only shows 2 members regardless of the input.

    Hi Denis,

    I tested with BuddyX 4.7.6, and it’s working correctly. I suggest:

    1. switch to BuddyX 4.7.6 (no child theme)
    2. rename your bp-custom.php if you have one

    Do you still see the same problems?

    Does this cover what you need?
