    How do I set the bp profile search so that it default searches through all users registered on the site? It currently only searches the ‘last active’ users. we are a networking site and our users only login occasionally to change profile details. so how do I change the search script so it looks at all users registered to the site?
    we have 400+ users registered on the site. I would like to search through all of those instead of the last 2 who logged in.
    thank you!

    Hello Jake,

    Which BuddyPress template pack (Legacy or Nouveau) are you using?

    Hello Jake,

    You can modify your BuddyPress template to show all the users.

    Open buddypress/bp-templates/bp-nouveau/buddypress/members/members-loop.php, locate the line:

    <?php if ( bp_has_members( bp_ajax_querystring( 'members' ) ) ) : ?>

    and replace it with:

    <?php if ( bp_has_members( bp_ajax_querystring( 'members' ). '&type=alphabetical' ) ) : ?>
